Anyway, the concept is a good one, and even little prizes (an inexpensive kit, decal set, or even airline mementos) would give incentive to participate.
Start off with a single prize for the winner and as it gets more popular maybe offer 2nd and 3rd prizes...
I think it would be great! I doubt I would win (I cringe when I look at my airliners parked in my office) but it would still be fun to put up an entry now and then. I like golden era airliners, but that is a pretty thin group when it comes to modeling, with a few mass production kits a few more small scale makers and a lot of scratch building... But I also like the wide range of liveries available for the 737s and DC-9s (My kingdom for Daco to finish WP Crested Butte!).
So I guess what I am rambling on about is this - YES!
