Yes, it is a Liberty Quality kit and they are pretty nice. I have the 1/72 Beech 1900D and although it needs a bit of cleanup in a few areas, it will make a very nice kit once built (JBOT has some good schemes for it, like USAir Express 1990's, Continental, Mesa, etc). Definitely NOT for beginners or people who like their kits to just fall together without any fussing.
